Welcome to our Patient Portal!  Please reach out with any issues, questions or concerns as we continue to build and release new features along the way!

                                            You may now schedule appointments online! 

You may CURRENTLY do the following on your portal:

• schedule appointments -this includes rechecks, new issues/problems with your current or past physician  (If you want to see a new physician, please call our office to schedule)
• view upcoming appointments
• cancel/reschedule appointments
• view your medical record, including allergies, medications, and health history as well as labs, tests, and imaging results (available on portal 48 hours after the Physician has signed these) 
• message your physician's clinical team
• request prescription refills
• view your balance
• message our billing department for insurance or payment related questions. 

Items that will be in future releases:

• online check-in
• make updates to your medications, allergies and health history.
